Gregory Hudson Despite being the weekend, the pub wasn’t over busy and was served quickly for both drinks and food. Great atmosphere, chatty staff and really impressive food. The outside seating area was also appreciated on such a beautiful day. Recommended.
Renae Cameron Food took awhile to come out but it was well worth the wait! This was a great place to catch a bite right after seeing the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Ambience was incredible. Pictured is the chicken schnitzel and fish and chips.
Kelley Anderson Very cool spot, hidden away on the south bank. We had the chicken schnitzel and steak and ale pie. The pie was delicious. The schnitzel was fine, nothing special. Beer is cold and served quickly. Three stars for service because it wasn’t anything e exceptional. Nice guy just did the basics.
Andy Carr A few hundred feet away from the hustle & bustle of Tower Bridge lies this gem of a pub. Unchanged decor takes you back to the fifties, there's even an upright piano there. The beer, Sam Smith's, was perfect, thick and creamy with a good head that stayed to the last few drops. We had loaded natchos Korean fried chicken and fish fingers goujons.
